Privacy Policy — last updated: August 2026
01The Short Version
Your timestamps never leave your browser. There are no accounts, no forms, and no conversion history on any server.
What stays local
UnixFlux's unit detector, parser, time-zone renderer, and batch-table generator run entirely as client-side JavaScript. Every value you type or paste is processed in your browser's memory and is never transmitted to our servers. Copy actions use your browser's own clipboard.
What we collect
We do not require accounts and do not collect personal information directly. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical data — IP address, request time, user agent — for security and operational purposes. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Cookies and advertising
We may display advertising served by third-party networks such as Google AdSense. These partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com. Third-party vendors and ad networks have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their practices.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which features are used. These statistics never include the contents of any timestamp you enter.
Children's privacy
UnixFlux is a developer tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions can be sent to support@unixflux.com.
