Contact Us — the observatory's door is open
There is no support desk behind this page — just the people who build UnixFlux. Say which tool you were on and what you expected, and you will get a real answer.
Since UnixFlux is a Unix timestamp converter, most of what arrives concerns converting a deadline to your local time — and the occasional result that seems off. Either is welcome here.

Details that help us
- The name of the tool and, if you have it, the page URL.
- Your inputs, which for this tool means the timestamps you paste; exactness is not needed.
- What the result should have been, and what it was instead.
- Your operating system and browser, if it is a display issue.
Messages about batch-converting a column of epoch values are common here, and a short description of your case is usually enough for a useful reply.
Telling us about an incorrect answer
If a number looks off, we want to know. The calculation behind UnixFlux is documented — it detects the unit from the magnitude of the number, since a seconds value is ten digits and a milliseconds value is thirteen, then formats it in the selected zone so a log line and a local clock can be compared directly — which means most errors trace to an input that does not match the model, or a rounding edge. Tell us what you expected and where, and we will check it.
What happens to your message
A message you send is kept only long enough to deal with it, and it is never sold or handed to another company. The privacy policy sets out the details.
